Lumenis Light Sheer

Backed by long-term clinical data, the Lumenis LightSheer system has the ability to permanently reduce hair growth and treat all skin types including tanned skin, most hair colors, depths and diameters. The LightSheer laser system works by emitting near-infrared laser light that is absorbed by the pigment located in the hair follicle. The laser is pulsed, or turned on, for only a fraction of a second. The duration of each pulse is just long enough to damage the follicle.
